In recent years the complexity of managing Residential Leasehold Property has increased significantly due to the growing burden of legislation and regulation that can impact on even the simplest of managements. Freeholders, members of management companies and resident associations all have to contend with this and higher expectations from leasehold owners of the services provided.
This is where the services of a first class managing agent with a proven track record in this specialist field can assist - Ford Property Services have this level of experience to make a difference to the service delivered and ensure all legislative requirements are met.
We like to take a pro-active interest in the properties we manage so that the value and quality of services delivered should not only be maintained but enhanced wherever possible.
By working closely with our clients to plan cost effective management, the aim would be to maximize capital value of the buildings and therefore of the flats, at service or maintenance charges that are sustainable and economic for the residents who pay for it.
We are also experienced in dispute resolution, whether this is between flat owners, builders, freeholders or other related matters.
